On Saturday 15 February 2025, Alexandra Phillips will show new work that she created during her residency at Waterwerken at Buitenplaats Brienenoord. She will discuss the process of making it and read from a publication that has been printed for the occasion.

Passages and Passant X Studio Art Office

On Thursday evening, March 14, we will look back on three years of Passages en Passant; an exhibition series in the corridor of the Goethe-Institut in which the works of two artists entered into dialogue with each other during each edition. You are welcome to this final presentation in which we will talk to the artists and writers and hear what it has brought them.

During GO West, artists, galleries, cafés, community centers and a nursing home throughout Delfshaven will open their doors. On Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 May, artists will show their work in their own studio or at a guest location.

Waterworks presentation: Steven Jouwersma

The long-term Waterworks residence project is running on Buitenplaats Brienenoord. Steven Jouwersma is the tenth and last artist who has done research here on the island of Brienenoord into man and how he interacts with water. On Sunday 30 April he will present his work.
