Soft Death is a soft sculpture by YoKolina (Johana Molina). It depicts a skeleton and is made of brown velvet fabric. The spine is made of stacked pieces of fabric. The sculpture represents cyclical nature, constant renewal, and wholeness. Soft Death symbolizes the end of an activity Molina was involved in for a long time, namely the film and cumbia festival Cinema Colombiano. The work proved to be a way to learn to cope with loss. Soft Death is wearable and is part of YoKolina's fashion collection Charlois Doom.
