Can you eat while singing? Can you gargle with sound? And what about your eating habits and etiquette? The first edition of 'Sing With Your Mouthful', an experimental performance dinner/opera, took place during the O Festival on 26 May 2024. The piece was composed and performed by TiSiTi (Tara Reece, Ceola Tunstall-Behrens and Tisa World) in collaboration with Singing Club Rotterdam (an anti-choir for all types of voices) and Eat Your Feelings Cinema (the culinary duo Alina Turean and June Yu). During this 'experimental banquet', food and vocal composition merged, with the audience being both guest and participant as they gargled, sang with a mouth full of food and blown bubbles into wine.
