For years, Eddy Seesing has been working on his photo project 'Religie Nu', in which he portrays leaders of 71 Dutch religious communities. In the coming period, he wants to give this project a new twist by this time focusing the camera on the believers themselves, at home, at the place where they practice their faith. By portraying various domestic, cultural traditions, including the Seder evening, the Iftar meal and the communal reading of the Bible at the table, the artist wants to search for connections between the different religions and communities. The ultimate goal is an exhibition in Museum Krona in Uden, where both series will be presented.
