iCOON, a museum art space for modern art in design in Hoek van Holland, asked the Rotterdam artists Cindy Bakker, Sil Krol and Quinda Verheul to create a work of art or object on location during Art Rotterdam Week 2023. Sil Krol developed the Blue Circles, a temporary art installation consisting of steel blue circles in various sizes.
