In April 2025, Libia Castro & Ólafur Ólafsson organized a public intervention in Eindhoven as part of their collaborative project "Circuit of Commons." The artists presented a Collective Statement for the right to Eindhoven, collaborating with various social, cultural, artistic, and environmental initiatives in the city. The intervention took place in front of the Van Abbemuseum and Eindhoven City Hall and resulted in iconic photographic images that were later exhibited in Castro and Ólafsson's solo exhibition "Positions #8: Art is a Verb." The goal was to initiate a dialogue with the city council, other stakeholders, and the public about the rapidly changing city, which is under the influence of neoliberal policies and companies like ASML.
