Would you go to an unknown planet, a place where life is organized completely differently than on Earth? With installations, works of art and performances within the 'Planet Enzon' project, Evelien de Jong is working on a base for humanity, in order to get people thinking about a currently futuristic body of thought. A recent part of this project is 'Do/n't Fear the Future', an installation that de Jong presented in April 2024 in the group exhibition 'Bic Queer Space Slut Motion' in Het Archief. For this work, inspired by protesting people, the artist organized the performance 'Space Dance Happening', in which she danced and moved with the audience as if they were on Planet Enzon. There was also the live radio broadcast 'No Future', in which De Jong made a radio broadcast about events on Planet Enzon.
