Alessio Pinton used the Practical Contribution for his participation in Murf/Murw 2025, a Tilburg festival with overarching themes of post-punk and noise niche cultures. The festival presents multidisciplinary works in the fields of visual art, theatre, music, and film. Pinton presented his work "An Amalgam Loop," a sound installation in which the chemical reaction between vinegar and calcium carbonate directs a real-time soundscape.

Pinton: "Participating in the festival had a significant impact on my professional development: the project was presented to a new, music-focused audience, as well as to curators and museum professionals. For the first time, I intensively experimented with soundfonts within a procedural, chemically driven music context, a largely unexplored territory. In addition, two talks provided a broader context by highlighting the artistic and theoretical research behind the project."
