We are looking for a studio mate in our nice studio complex in Rotterdam Hillegersberg. It is a 3 min walk from Rotterdam Noord station, a 1 min walk to the Rotte and it is opposite of the Tram museum.
* We have 4 studios, one of which is available
*Your studio space would be 25 m2
* 285,35 p/m incl taxes
* From 1/3/25 onwards
* Shared kitchen, bathroom and access to tools
* Space is suitable for those with quiet/odorless practices
*Only single artists eligible (no duos)
* Concrete floor, white stone wall, shelving available for free
* Central heating
* Your space would have NO DIRECT DAYLIGHT, but the space is lit with three really good daylight TLs
* The space is part of an L shape of 4 connected studio spaces. It is connected to the other studios by curtain / wooden panel, there are no doors, that's why we prefer a practice without too much sound/smell

WHO ARE WE?
We are three artists/designers working on various practices: visual arts, sculpture, illustration and animation. We like to sit outside in the sun in the summer, and have drinks occasionally, but generally also like to go to the studio to get some work done.
The space is a former shop, that we've remodeled to an art studio in 2017.
