I explore and accentuate unapologetic ways of crafting handmade systems and tactile interfaces through language, non-linearity, fragility, and intuition. I work with a hybrid combination of materials, merging organic, electronic and digital elements within singular installations. The compositions often exhibit a slow, durational, shifting, and time-sensitive behavior.
I embrace “prototyping”- a technical term borrowed from programming - as both a mindset and a method of making in my art practice. To me, it signifies indefinite learning and effort, as well as an approach toward the production of unfixed knowledge.
