My work stems from a fascination with grasp, or conversely, the lack thereof. I explore moments when control, direction, or meaning shift or slip away from us. From this tension emerge themes such as life and death, memory and loss, shame and alienation, longing and resignation.

I am interested in how experiences and perspectives accumulate, complement, or contradict each other. For me, meaning arises in layers: in what is visible or, precisely, what is not. It is precisely this in-between space that invites the viewer to find their own meaning.

These fascinations come together in my visual narratives. The narrative offers space to make inner processes and complex themes tangible, without fixing them in a single conclusive interpretation.
