At some point, life, and with it our allotted amount of time, will come to an end, mortality is inevitable. My art and the concepts behind my art are sometimes considered morbid, but it is also a theme that many people can relate to, because no matter how individualistic our society is, we are all connected by the simple fact that we are inevitably mortals. Knowing that we are all mortal and that our time is limited, it uniquely connects us. In short, the main message I try to convey with my art is that both reality and our perception are inextricably linked to the inevitability of life.
